LotSync.AI & Mike Mulligan: From Furnace to Fusion Reactor
🚜 LotSync.AI & Mike Mulligan: From Furnace to Fusion Reactor
There was a time when the best machines ran on steam. And there was a man named Mike who dug faster and better than anyone—with his trusty steam shovel, Mary Anne. But the world changed. Diesel came. Hydraulics came. The job site moved on.
So did Mike.
And in that basement, where they thought they buried him—a funny thing happened. The town realized they hadn’t just built a foundation—they’d installed a furnace. A core of heat and heart that would power the next generation.
That’s what LotSync is.
The basement furnace of the AI era—but this time, it's not hidden below the floorboards. It’s wired into the command deck, piping heat through every showroom, every spreadsheet, every desk where a deal gets inked.
🔧 LotSync Is the Evolution of Every Old-School Hustler Who Refused to Be Outrun
You’re Mike. The world changed. And instead of hanging it up, you said:
“Alright, let’s see how fast I can learn now.”
You’re still digging—but now, it’s in phase space.
You’re still moving dirt—but now, it’s inventory signals, trendlines, and live customer modeling.
You’re still the closer—but now, you see three deals ahead while finishing the first one.
LotSync is your Mary Anne, reborn. Only this time:
- The steam is data.
- The shovel is predictive modeling.
- And the engine? It’s a real-time recursive intelligence system tuned to the exact physics of the car lot.
🧠 This Ain’t Software. It’s the Intelligence Layer for Car People
You don’t need another “CRM.” You don’t need more “AI.” You need something that speaks your language:
- 4-Square meets N² thinking – Handle objections, structures, cash downs, and lease flips with full-field awareness.
- Inventory meets Phase Space Modeling – Know what sells before you stock it. Adjust faster than pricing tools can blink.
- Training becomes Strategic Synchronization – Your team gets real-world moves in real-time. No binders. No bullshit.
Mike didn't need to be taught how to dig. He needed a challenge worth digging for.
LotSync is that challenge. And that partner.
📈 LotSync = When the Furnace Becomes the Engine Room
You're not dead in the basement—you’re heating the future.
- This is your return to form.
- Your reframe of what it means to be “just a car guy.”
- Your proof that wisdom plus systems beats everything.
Because LotSync wasn’t built in a lab. It was forged in the lot, under the hood, with grease on the knuckles and chaos in the showroom. It’s operational intelligence for the last mile of sales.
🏁 In the Race of Adaptation, Legacy Is Only a Liability If You’re Afraid to Evolve
Mike Mulligan didn’t disappear—he evolved.
So did the car business.
And now? Now there’s a furnace under the floor, heating the whole building.
And it’s called LotSync.AI.
⚡ From Furnace to Fusion: LotSync’s Business Model Is Nuclear
Mike Mulligan didn’t retire.
He retooled.
Mary Anne didn’t rust.
She rewired.
And when the world moved on, they didn’t dig slower—they dug smarter. That basement furnace? It’s now a fusion core—and it powers the most advanced intelligence system ever wired into the car business.
That’s what LotSync.AI has become.
Not a “CRM.” Not another dashboard to check. It’s the nuclear R&D division for your store—quietly running behind the scenes, solving the problems you didn’t even know you had yet.
🧪 LotSync.AI: The R&D Powerhouse Built for Car People, by Car People
Imagine this: a full-time research and development team that isn’t trying to sell you subscriptions. They’re engineering real-time solutions to market shifts, customer psychology, and inventory uncertainty before you even notice the problem.
You don’t buy software.
You get upgraded.
Daily.
Automatically.
Strategically.
We build it.
You get it.
That’s the model.
🔥 Strategy at Scale — Delivered as a Service
LotSync isn’t selling tools. It’s running experiments on your behalf:
- Testing deal structures.
- Pressure-testing pricing ladders.
- Reverse-engineering why your grosses dropped Tuesday but bounced back Thursday.
And when the results come in?
They don’t arrive as a .CSV file or another stupid Slack ping.
They hit your floor as strategy updates:
📍 Live prompts.
📍 In-line desking advice.
📍 Playbooks that rewrite themselves.
No theories. Just ROI in motion.
🔑 What LotSync Actually Does
Here’s what the furnace-turned-fusion-core really gives you:
✅ Predictive Inventory Intelligence
You don’t need to track trends—you need to see around corners. LotSync analyzes real-time behavioral signals across retail and wholesale to make sure your next buy hits before the comp catches on.
✅ Next-Level Deal Structuring
Move beyond the “front-end/back-end” tug-of-war. LotSync layers stackable value into the deal—finding margin without sacrificing close rate. It learns what works in your market, and evolves in real time.
✅ Live Strategy Engine
Forget the monthly “training.” LotSync trains your team every day, on the fly, with field-tested, AI-amplified methods that adapt as fast as the market changes.
💡 Why This Model Works
The car business doesn’t reward size.
It rewards adaptability.
And while your competitors are busy figuring out how to ask ChatGPT to write a window sticker, you’re getting the next best practice installed while they’re still Googling how to spell “API.”
This is a whole new model.
It’s not SaaS.
It’s S²A — Strategy Served as Acceleration.
🧭 The Tools You Know — Evolved
LotSync doesn’t reinvent the wheel.
It just puts a plasma turbine on the axle.
✅ The 4-Square Isn’t Dead — It’s N² Thinking
Dynamic desking across nonlinear variables—optimized live, mid-deal, while the customer is sipping the Keurig.
✅ Phase Space Modeling = Dealer Strategy 2.0
Your lot becomes a heatmap. Your team becomes a network. Your operation becomes intentional.
You don’t just run a store anymore.
You command a system.
🚀 This Isn’t Software. It’s Your Command Center.
Every great tool becomes baseline.
- V-Auto was a weapon—then it was a requirement.
- Market-based pricing used to give you an edge—now it just keeps you from getting burned.
- AI-powered decision engines are next—and you’ll either lead with them or follow behind them.
LotSync puts you in front of it.
🔧 Inventory alignment at the speed of data
🧠 Deal logic that evolves faster than your competition’s managers
🚀 Strategy tools that run while you sleep
You don’t buy software anymore. You plug into power.
⚙️ Legacy Isn’t a Liability — It’s a Launchpad
So let’s bring it all back:
Mike Mulligan didn’t get buried in the basement. He became the furnace.
And now?
He’s running a freaking fusion reactor.
You’re not done. You’re built different.
You don’t need new software.
You need a war room.
A pit crew.
A fission-core intelligence system that gets smarter every second your lot is open.
You need LotSync.AI.
The business model is simple:
We build it.
You get it.
Everyone else gets left behind.
Let’s Roll!
Chief Sales Officer
We are looking for a Chief Sales Officer
Job description
About Us:
LotSync was built to solve a problem every dealer knows too well: disconnected systems, wasted time, and outdated tools running modern operations. Our platform unifies every inventory touchpoint—from appraising and merchandising to advertising and pricing—under one roof. It’s fast, clean, and gets smarter with every use. We’re not just another tool in the stack—we’re becoming the stack.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Chief Sales Officer with a deep understanding of how dealerships operate. Someone who’s walked the lot, sat in the GM’s office, and knows how to turn a cold handshake into a trusted partnership. This is not a corporate overlay—we’re looking for a field-tested sales leader who knows the rhythm of retail and how to lead a team that speaks the language.
- You’ve been working with or selling to dealerships for years—and you know the difference between a vendor and a true partner.
- You bring a network, not just a resume.
- You understand how dealers think, what makes them tick, and how to create real value.
- You’ve led successful sales teams and know how to hire, coach, and scale talent.
- You’re comfortable with data, CRM systems, and pipeline forecasting—but your strength is closing real business, not clicking through dashboards.
What You’ll Do
- Build and lead a national sales team focused on dealership acquisition and expansion
- Develop and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy
- Work closely with product, operations, and marketing to align around dealer success
- Track performance, forecast revenue, and report directly to the CEO
- Refine our sales process, from initial contact to post-sale onboarding
- Leverage your relationships and industry experience to accelerate market penetration
What You Bring
- 10+ years in automotive retail, dealership vendor solutions, or high-level SaaS sales into the industry
- Proven success in building and managing high-performing sales teams
- Deep familiarity with dealership operations, culture, and decision-making cycles
- Clear, confident communication with executive teams and dealer principals
- Relentless execution and accountability mindset
Compensation
- Base salary starting at $150,000
- Performance-based incentives with total earnings expected to exceed $200,000+
- Company profit share
Location
LotSync is headquartered in New Hampshire, but we’re building a national sales presence. We welcome qualified candidates from across the U.S. who are ready to lead with impact.
